A Husband Arranges an Unusual Photo Session. His Little Daughter Replaces His Late Wife in All the Photos

Some stories are so moving you can’t help but cry. Just like the story of an unusual photo session of a little girl.

In 2020 Yesenia Aquilar was eight months pregnant.

She was walking down a sidewalk in Los Angeles holding his husband's (James Alvarez) hand. Suddenly the 23-year-old woman was run over by a car driven by a drunk woman.

Yesenia was immediately taken to a hospital where her daughter, Adalyn, was born through a C-section. Unfortunately, the mother did not survive it.

James Alvarez became a widower and a single father. At his daughter's first birthday he decided to commemorate his wife. A photographer reconstructed the maternity photo session of late Yesenia. The only difference was that the woman was replaced in the photos by her small daughter. All the photos, however, were taken in exactly the same spots as the original ones where Yesenia was the model.

The final effect is stunning. This is a wonderful memory for each member of the family. James still keeps many of personal items belonging to his late wife (clothes, cosmetics, make-up accessories) so that their daughter could learn as much as possible about her mother.
