Warm Sweater Mittens

Sew your own cosy and warm mittens out of an old sweater
If you are an experienced knitter, making mittens doesn't take long (one day with a child on your knees). Although, if you are a very beginner, you might feel frustrated over it a bit. Don't you worry, I've got a solution for you - sew your own Warm Sweater Mittens!

Two, creative girls Elsie and Emma, who run a full of D.I.Y's blog, called "A Beautiful Mess". They created this easy tutorial of mittens you can make out of your old sweater. You can either upcycle yours, or buy it in "second hand" shop (there are many to choose this time of the year).

When I look at these made by Elsie and Emma, I just want to start this project straight away, even though, I have already start knitting a pair. If you decide to sew your own mittens, let us know about it on our fan page and share some pictures after.

Here, you can find step by step instructions to sew Warm Sweater Mittens.

P.S. If you are not satisfied with the effect of your work, check out this Unpaired Glove Chipmunk or Cute Sock Monkey, and treat them as an inspiration to turn your mittens into a funny toy.
