Fiber Optic Dress

Sew this Fiber Optic Dress and illuminate the party!
A moment for confession has come. Sewing is my Achilles’ heel; I have to admit Tulle Skirt wasn't a piece of cake for me. But I don’t give up and continue practising my sewing skills! My brain keeps repeating that ‘once you start, you can’t stop’ so now I have an appetite for more.

I’ve recently found a totally funky Fiber Optic Dress. The idea for it appeared in the author’s head when she saw what a beautiful effect can be created by fiber optic things. So she set her heart on something she could wear. She made the dress from scratch, documented the process and shared a tutorial on Instructables. I don’t think the project is suitable for beginner needlewoman like me, but if you are more experienced, why don’t you give it a go? You’ll be sure to surprise your friends at the next party.
