She Grew Tired of Wooden Doors. So She Decided to Totally Changed Them. Herself.

Sometimes all you need is a little bit of money, a pinch of motivation and some time. Sometimes even painting a wooden door brings about a stunning effect.

Sherri, a blogger (Thrifty Artsy Girl), was bored with her wooden doors. She was trying to find a way to change them.

She decided to give them a completely new colour. Also she added some subtle frames in the middle of delicate trimming. Difficult as that may seem, Sherri handled that easily.

First she cleaned the doors well and primed them. Then she put on the first layer of paint. Once the doors were dry, she drew lines where the trimming was to be fixed.

Then she put on more layers of paint. When the doors were dry, she fixed handles she had painted black before.
