It is simply people who start their day very early. Robin Sharma proves that getting up at 5 a.m. (or even earlier) will help you succeed in life and provide a sense of fulfillment and make it effortless to develop your creativity.


    Modifying your mornings

    The man has two pieces of advice for everyone:

    • Wake up at 5am,
    • live by the 20/20/20 rule.
    • Waking up early gives us more time to do the necessary things. At 5am, most people are still asleep, so no one will bother us with phone calls and information. In addition, Robin suggests spending the first 20 minutes exercising, the next 20 minutes writing a journal, meditating, or making a chore list. The last 20 minutes should be spent learning something new.

    According to the Canadian, mornings structured this way will make us more organized, increase our competence and learn new skills. Additionally, it will benefit our condition and health. An early start to the day is beneficial for busy people. In the morning they have time just for themselves, which they can devote for example to writing e-books, books or developing new projects.
