Iron Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Spread the butter thinly onto the bread. I chose wholegrain toast bread to cheat myself that I'm eating healthy stuff ;)
Put as much cheese on bread as you like. Of course, you can put some add-ons inside like rucola or ketchup. Then cover the sandwich with the second slice of bread.
Put the whole thing into a paper sandwich bag. As things can get messy, keep a dishcloth at hand.
Set your iron on maximum temperature and wait till it's hot. When iron's light goes off, place it on your sandwich.
Wait few minutes till you'll hear hissing and smell a tasty scent. Don't hurry as the cheese has to melt a bit - you can always check what's going on inside by peeking into the bag. Be sure to check if the skin of your sandwich is roasted - if your iron is of a "cosmic" power, you can reduce the temperature.
When your sandwich is lovely roasted and the cheese started to melt, flip the whole thing to the other side and grill it again.
It's time to take your delicacy off the bag. You can help yourself with a spatula or a knife as the sandwich can stick to it.
And now you're just one moment away from eating this luscious and tempting treat. You can wolf it at once but I advise you to taste it in a company of rucola and sun-dried tomatoes.
