Use a heatproof bowl and combine vinegar with 50/50 water and baking soda in it. Mix the whole thing thoroughly and apply it to the inside walls of the oven. Place the remaining mixture in the bowl into the oven on a rack and turn the oven on for 45 minutes at 215°F. After that time, of course once the oven has cooled down a bit, remove the dirt with a cloth. Vinegar and baking soda is good at softening grease and dried food particles. You can clean both electric and gas ovens without any worries.
