Tie Dye Swimsuit Cover Up

Dye, cut and stitch to create this cool cover for summer days at the waterside!
I’m really into fabric upcycling, starting from Braided T-Shirt Magnet Bracelet and Easy T-shirt Bag to Crochet String Light Circle or Hula Hoop T-shirt Rug. Also, tie dye is among my favorite ideas on how to deal with unused clothes and fabrics (check our articles on Shibori method or Swirl Dying Technique). This time I’ve got a project that combines these two methods and makes a perfect cover for hot sunny days. Tie Dye Swimsuit Cover Up project is a great idea for all creative creatures who prefer to make their clothes instead of buying them. It’s also easy enough for all who are new to the world of DIY clothes. On the blog “Adventures of a Middle Sister” run by Allie Holcomb, you’ll find a very comprehensive tutorial, that will guide you through the process. If you're willing to give it a try, do let us now how it goes. You can always leave us a note below - we're always happy to answer all your question and appreciate your efforts! Thanks so much for the great video. My 11 year old daughter made one, and she loves it. She even used the collar binding to make a matching head band.
