Smoke House

Build a smoke house to preserve food in a natural way!
The smells of autumn spread more and more intensely in the air. The aroma which I associate with this season the most is the smell of the campfire prepared potatoes. We wrap them up in aluminum foil and let them stay in the hot cinder for an hour. They are delicious with butter and salt.

Another smell that is so strictly connected with autumn is the aroma of smoked fish. I’m sure the constructor of a Smoke House, I’ve found on Smoking Meat Forums, knows exactly what I mean. My grandfather had a similar construction in his backyard. Building it isn’t easy but having it at hand gives the opportunity to preserve things in a natural way.
