Painted Galaxy T-shirt

Use fabric paints and create great cosmic space on your shirt!
Some women collect bracelets, others shoes. I admit I have fondness for T-shirts. But not for those manufactured which hundreds and thousands can be found in shops. I tend to look for original, unique pieces. That’s why I absolutely adore clothes swaps where even home artists; clothes are available. Lately, I’ve fallen in love with handpainted T-shirts.

Do you remember Swirl Dyed T-shirt which looked like the sun? It turned out that you can have the whole galaxy of stars on your T-shirt. And that’s all due to a simple technique. Tori who presented her tutorial on College Fashion suggests taking a color scheme based on 3 tints that touch each other on the color wheel which lets you avoid creating gray by mixing these three. By dabbing the T-shirt with sponge brushes you gain the effect of a night sky.

What other motives and techniques do you know? Don’t hide away with your talent show it to the world by sending the photos to our website.
