Lucky Stars

From one piece of paper you can conjure up this sweet little wonders! Check out how to make them.
Some materials, just like a sheet of paper, have the potential to be easily spotted for many uses on our crafty projects. Some time ago we showed you cool ideas on how to make a Paper Toy Transformer and truly easy to make Paper Gift Bag. We are constantly working on a paper and today we would like to show you our new paper project.

This is a super cute paper craft - traditional Origami Lucky Stars. These are small stars made from strips of paper. Pretty, colourful and so fun. How to make them? Nothing easier! Follow all step-by-step instruction below and watch the tutorial on our channel.

Start with a strip of paper, about 11 inches long by 0.5 inches wide. Tie a knot at the top as you can see on our video. Then flatten the knot. Make sure the knot is not loose, don’t crease it tightly. Tuck the loose end into the pocket of the knot. Fold the long leftover strip along the edge of the pentagon shape. The exact numbers of wraps will depend on how long the stripe is.

Now the fun part - inflating the star. Place your fingers on the stars just like we’ve shown on the video. Press carefully inward on four of the five edges, and the star will begin to inflate. Then rotate the stars and press on the last of the five edges.

You can use your stars as you want. Write wishes to your friend, some nice words to your husband or wife. It could be a perfect gift idea for one you love the most.

Just a quick tip to you guys; don't expect it to work the first times, have patience and you'll get there with practise. :)
