Homemade Watercolor Paints

Mix some ordinary ingredients to make these paints!
Giving children the opportunity to act freely is one thing but their safety is of more importance. Two weeks ago I prepared Homemade Paint Brushes to let the kiddos go of reins. They acted as if there were no limits to their creativity I was so happy observing them. Though, when I saw my little Anu taking the brush to her mouth, I thought I should come up with some natural paints.

I was over the moon when I found Homemade Watercolour Paints on Happy Hooligans. Jackie made them using only natural ingredients, so they are safe even for toddlers. She says that the paints last longer than those from the shop.

As the new school year is coming I’ll make a palette of those for my son. Will you also make an attempt at preparing them? Leave a comment below and tell me what you think.
