Homemade Ice Packs

Mix dish soap and rubbing alcohol to turn them into helpful, cold compress.
Living at home full of running kids you need to prepare for any emergency and pain situation. My kids are always fighting getting into scrapes. Striking plasters, kisses, or cold packs are necessary. As you can imagine, we need to use ice packs a LOT.

Ice packs solution found a place in my home that’s why I hope you will find this idea as helpful as I did. Thanks to ‘The Krazy Coupon Lady’ you can make a bunch of ice compress at home. You will find that those are so easy to make. They are a way cheaper than purchased ones and work just as well. You can use a small plastic bag to keep them in to freezer. If you’re worried about leaking, I have a simple solution. Use packing tape and double bag!
