Handmade Hideout

Build a hideout for your kids and yourself!
When I was a kid I used to play on my grandad’s farm. He lived in a nearby village. His big garden was like paradise for my and my brother’s ‘commando games’. We were brave soldiers eager to fight and die with honor. An old shed used to be our headquarters. We always begged our granddad to build a tree base for us but he never did.Now I understand why there’s so much fuss about Tree Houses and I do agree there should be, after all they are the fulfillment of our childhood dreams.

But what should we do if there aren’t any trees in our garden? Ashley form The Handmade Home gives you an ideal hint. She admits she constantly wears paint stains on her clothes but thanks to her genuine, approachable designs and experiments we can admire a Handmade Hideout. The place is perfect for kids’ activities or for adults who want to find some peace and quiet.
