Glow in the Dark Sand

Have some fun with your kiddo and make this magic glowing sand!
Kids are interested in everything that glows. I remember how much I liked all toys shining in the dark. I was curious hwo it was possible in a scientific way. Chemistry classes were one of my favorites, all experiments, discovering connections between chemicals were my biggest passion at that time.

I bet your child is more curious about the World than I was. That’s why you should try to make your own Glow In The Dark Sand with your youngsters. First of all it’s much cheaper than the bought one, second of all making it is a lot of fun!   • Epsom salt or another preferred salt variety
  • Zip seal bags
  • Glow in the dark and/or fluorescent paint
