Now is the right time to start thinking about preparation for the winter. I don’t mean only knitting a Scarf or sewing Mittens. These preparations should include strengthening our body as well. I’m sure you already know what you should eat during cold months to protect yourself against diseases. But what do you know about healing baths? If not so much read on.

I found a great recipe for the Detox Bath on 'Wikihow'. You can find there thoroughly explained steps and the ingredients with their health properties. Authors added important tips concerning conduct after bathing. Don’t forget that is a whole process which is intended to help you get rid of toxins from the body and relax, but not everyone could take this kind of bath. If you’re pregnant or have a heart issue, you can’t do this.
