Colored Pencils Ring

Take some colored pencils and glue to create this spectacular piece of jewellery.
Today I have a special treat for wood and upcycling lovers. If you’re a crafty owner of wood processing tools, this colorful project may be a thing for you. In case you’re looking for easier jewellery projects, do check the bracelets we’ve already featured on our website.

This tiny, adorable ring was made by Peter Brown, who’s both a computer geek and a crafty woodworker, with a head full of creative ideas. It may be surprising, but Peter created this ring from a box of colored pencils and some glue! The ring was lacquered to give it a nice, glossy coat, but we I think you can leave it polished or cover it with oil. In both cases, the result will be truly unique.

Hope you’ll find this exquisitely hand-made item as unique and inspiring as we did. We’ll be waiting eagerly for your versions of the project - do post your photos below.
