Veggie Spiral

Cook a colorful and tasty dinner for your friends!
It’s my family tradition to eat a lot of veggies. My mom always prepares some healthy side dish, but very rarely vegetables are the main course. It’s because we have high quality, inexpensive veggies and fruits only during late spring and summer. Since I’ve moved out, I’ve been cooking without my mom’s advices and I focus more on healthy and natural food. I always look for new recipes for delicious, and what’s the most important for me, attractive-looking dishes. I found this recipe on For The Love Of Cooking website, where it’s hostess, Pam, explains in details how to prepare it.

Made it and everybody loved it. Used coconut oil instead of olive oil and it was not only beautiful but delicious too.
