Prepare perfect pickles with this simple and proven recipe!
I prefer using old family recipes for all preserves, but sometimes I introduce some improvements. I changed a little bit my way of preparing Veggie Spiral thanks to recipe we featured some time ago.

I love pickles from cucumbers, peppers, onions. Everything. It’s so comfortable and healthy to have these veggies in jars during autumn and winter. All the more it is impossible to buy fresh seasonal vegetables then. Matthew Thompson on Eating Well Magazine’s blog presented a universal recipe for pickling any kind of veggies. While making it, you can feel free to add favorite spices. The most important thing is to prepare the brine properly.
