Naturally Flavored Water

It’s the middle of the summer here. Temperatures are really high and it’s quite important to be appropriately hydrated. I must admit that I hate drinking pure water. I prefer flavored drink, but generally they’re not healthy, because of sugar content, artificial flavor, and preservatives. The exception is Detox Water, it’s tasty, natural and I love it!

However, I found another great solution! Monica Matheny from The Yummy Life shows a few recipes for flavored water. They’re all very refreshing, but each of them has different properties - energizing, cleansing, stimulating, etc. Preparing this kind of water is really good for your body - you can pick the tastiest and the most suitable for you.
