Natural Cough Drops

Mix ginger, honey and cinnamon to prepare these aromatic, healthy treats!
We have to brave ourselves cause the winter is coming. We can fight autumn and winter illness with bought medicines, but remember to use as many natural cures as possible. The disease prevention is much better than the treatment, remember to drink a lot of ginger extract, it strongly increases immunity. If the illness happens to you, don’t forget about Magic Salt Sock and Anti-Cold Remedy, these two ingenious solutions are as good as the first aid.

Mick Telkamp wrote an interesting article for ‘HGTV - Made+Remade’ about preparing natural cough drops. He mixes together a few ingredients which we usually use as separate cough remedies. Thanks to adding honey and boiling in a right way, we can turn thick syrup into drops. It’s more comfortable to have drops at hand than carrying a little bottle with a syrup all the time, isn't it? I encourage you to prepare these drops, they help you avoid more serious illness during upcoming cold months.
