Almond Milk

Prepare fresh, raw almonds and make a delicious and healthy almond milk!
After I had tried to do a super healthy Natural Kefir, I decided to go for it and make more dairy products at home. I don’t need to convince you that such products are much better than those from the grocery store. If you want to drink something that is very healthy and easy to prepare, I've fond something perfect for you.

If you are looking for an alternative for cow’s milk, the almond milk will be an exquisite choice for you. Using a simple and brilliant recipe that one of contributes of the ‘Instructables’ shared, you can prepare it on your own. You’ll need raw almonds, some water and a blender. After all, you will have a delicious milk and a leftover almond pulp that can be used for delicious, gluten-free baking. Unlike cow’s milk, which can be harmful to the health of adults and children, almond milk has only positive effects. Don’t forget to remove the skins, the taste of milk will be much better.
