Healthy Rainbow Homemade Gummy Snacks

For the past few years, we’ve been trying to live in a healthier way. We reduced the amount of processed food in our diet, and we went nuts for veggies and fruits. We sometimes miss the taste of French cheeses and snacks we used nibble while watching the movies, but these Apple Chips are way healthier, and we know the way we feel now is worth the change.

It’s great to see that this tendency slowly becomes a global trend. Few days ago I found this brilliant recipe on Modern Parents Messy Kids website. I was surprised that these homemade gummy snacks were so colorful and yummy-looking! Ok, sure, making these takes some time but the benefits are pretty obvious, huh? As a vegetarian, I would use a different jelling agent, but I love the idea anyway.
