Egg In The Basket

Let’s start! First, cut a square hole in a slice of bread.

Now, fry some bacon :)

Take the bacon off the pan. You’ll need it later on :)

Add some grape seed oil to the pan.

Put the previously cut slice of bread in the pan and fry it for around one minute.

Now, pour the egg into a hole – for the best effect, try to place egg yolk in the middle of the hole.

Let it fry for around one minute.

Add salt and pepper (as much as you want).

Cover the pan with a lid and let it fry for a minute.

Bacon time!

Cover the toast with a slice of cheese.

Time to close the basket;) Put back the cut out piece of bread and press the toast with a spatula.

Flip the whole thing to fry the other side.

Press it once again and again, fry for one minute.

Now, take your delicacy off the pan :)
