Dehydrated Tomatoes

Preserve tomatoes by dehydrating them!
If you ask me, I could consume tomatoes in diverse ways, including raw, as an ingredient in salads or dishes or baked in combinations such as Stuffed Zucchini. I also adore tomato drinks but most of all I’m into dried tomatoes. Unfortunately, they are a bit pricey, so I don’t buy them too often.

Yet, there’s a solution for a cheaper version of dried tomatoes for enthusiasts like me. ‘Bev Cooks’ posted a detailed tutorial on preparing Dehydrated Tomatoes. First of all the method doesn’t require any sun. Secondly, you can store dehydrated tomatoes for a very long time which means you can enjoy the taste of homegrown tomatoes any time you feel like having them.
