Prepare these extremely healthy snacks before the winter comes!
Providing our organism with vitamins is very important during cold months. We can't get fresh ecological fruits or veggies so we must support our bodies other ways. Eating dehydrated fruits is one of them. Unfortunately, fruits that you can buy in stores are treated with sulfur to keep natural color. As you can guess fruits prepared this way are not healthy.

Tammy - the writer and creator of Housing A Forest website showed a simple way of dehydrating fruits. They keep their colors thanks to the treatment with natural ingredients. She tested a few ways of preparing fruits, the one she wrote about was the best. She used it many times with a great effect.   • Agave nectar
  • Honey
  • Mason jars

    Hi Annique you can dehydrat fruits with normal oven but with least temp. 50_80c° for several hours or you can make the oven worm and and leave the fruits for some time while it is off.the concept is minimal heat used for the dring and maximum ventilation.
