When it’s freezing cold outside, is there anything better than a mug of hot chocolate and lying under a blanket with a book or just someone you love?
Sweet Christmas bombs
Chocolate itself is delicious by definition. But you can make your mouth water even more. How about self-made chocolate bombs? They are deliciously sweet and filled with something yummy. And it doesn’t take much time or effort to make them. All you need is your favorite brand of chocolate, special molds and as some filling (for example cocoa, peanut butter, caramel, nuts, seeds etc.)

Last but not least this is Christmas and we all can have our cravings. So let’s find out how you actually make these chocolate bombs.
Start with melting your favorite chocolate (water bath, microwave of a pot). You can mix two flavors, for example milk chocolate with some dark)

Prepare silicone glass-ball shaped molds covering them with a little aluminum foil

Carefully spread the chocolate on the molds on put them into the fridge for 30 minutes. The chocolate must cool down well

Gently take the bombs out of the molds. Be careful, they crack and break easily

Fill one half of the bomb with your favorite candy…

… and melt the edge of the other half on a hot plate warmed up in a microwave

Then stick the two halves together. The joint can be covered with some melted chocolate again

You can decorate the bombs if you wish. It’s not necessary of course
