Coconut Milk Yogurt

Use coconut milk to make a creamy dairy-free yogurt!
In our family, we don’t use too much milk, we prefer dairy-free products such as rice milk or Almond Milk. Every day in the morning we have a nutritional cocktail based on one of those milks blended with fresh celery, avocado, and garlic.

However, from time to time we all have craving for yogurts. But again to avoid cow milk and dairy intake for some time, I've been preparing Coconut Milk Yogurt following Beth’s of ‘Tasty Yummies’ recipe. I can say; she is an expert on the issue as she’s done an extent research and experimented a lot to give guidelines for the creamiest and yummiest yogurt.
