If you are a busy person who doesn’t have too much time to spare in the kitchen 3 ingredients recipes are a real time savers. I was a bit unsure about the quality of this kind of food, but I came to realize the simpler you eat, the better. Now a week without Nutella Brownies is a week wasted. I learned to bake quickly but still deliciously.

I was very excited to find 3 Ingredients Energy Bars on The Kitchn. The mixture of nuts, dried fruit and dates is a good snack containing enough nutritional value to keep hunger at bay. These bars are wonderful homemade replacement for those bought in shops.

  • Nuts
  • Dries fruit
  • Medjool dates

    any suggestion about how to not use almonds nor hazelnuts? i’m seriously allergic. can i use oat flakes? thank you so much

    Yes, you can use oat flakes, linseeds, sesame, sunflower seeds, whatever you want :) Fry it on the dry pan first for a few seconds, it would be more crunchy :)
