2 Ingredient Cookies

Time and money saving cookies for your family
As I’ve told you before, even though I love all kinds of cakes, cookies and other sweets, I’m not a very baking-loving person. But here is a recipe I’ve found on The Burlap Bag blog that I couldn’ resist. Only 2 SIMPLE INGREDIENTS, which are bananas and oats, and you can bake a whole bunch of super tasty cookies. No flour, milk, eggs, baking soda, butter or additional sugar needed. Can you believe that?

To make 2 Ingredient Cookies follow the steps listed below.

What you need:


  • Knife
  • Bowl
  • Baking sheet

Supplies / ingredients:

  • 2 soft Bananas
  • 1 glass Oats

Prepare 2 large, soft bananas and 1 glass of oats, quick and regular, both are fine.


Cut bananas in pieces and add oats.


Mix all together in a bowl. You can also put some chocolate chips (I did), walnuts, raisins or cinnamon to make your cookies even yummier. Be creative :)


Using a table spoon, place cookie dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet.


Bake in 180C for about 15 min.

    these cookies are not super crispy in the middle but still very yummy :) have you tried it already?
