Only cat lovers can truly understand this insane situation. Other people will simply think it's just to absurd to be true. Believe it or not, the story did happen.

    Letters, letters...

This is a story of three cats, two women and a cardboard box with a Vitamix logo, containing a blender. At the beginning of the year, Jessica Gerson-Neeves together with her friend send one of the weirdest letters the personnel of the Vitamix company have ever seen in their corporate life. And who knows, perhaps it's the one of the strangest requests ever

    'Let's buy it.'

In her letter Jessica tells the story how, together with her partner, they decided to grab one of the Black Friday deals and buy a blender to make their favorite smoothies. They soon bought it on Amazon. And all the trouble began as soon as the delivery reached their doorstep.

    The Holy Trinity

As Jessica points out, after the delivery they put the blender on the kitchen's floor. Although it was not there to stay much longer, somehow it did stay there. For as long as next two weeks and a half. You must be wondering now why it stayed there so long. And the answer is somewhat surprising; it's all because of … the cats. They took it over and, one after another, began to sit on it.

    The power of social media

The ladies found this situation really amusing and decided to take a couple of photos to document it. They shared them over one of the Facebook groups for fans of cats. And they went on doing that day after day thinking that sooner or later their pets will grow tired of the box.

    Victory?

But they did not. That is why Jessica decided to write to Vitamix to describe the situation. She asked the company to send them three empty blender boxes. Her post received well over 15,000 likes, 5,500 comments and it was shared more than 4,000 times. The company promised to deliver the boxes as soon as possible.

    A never-ending story

Finally the cats got their boxes. But it's not the end of the story yet. The whole thing attracted so many cat fans that the three cats have already got their own fanpage (you can check it here) where the adventures of the three cats and their boxes are shown on daily basis. In a blink of an eye the fan page gathered 46,000 followers and their number is still on the increase.

If the whole story is not completely mad, then we just have got no words to describe it. Have you?
