Bulbous flowers are the pride of every garden. They are available in such a variety that all gardeners will find something to decorate their own place. Another advantages of these plants is that they can be planted in pots. That means we can put them wherever we want.

    The most beautiful bulbous flowers

There are some basic things we have to remember while growing bulbous flowers:

    1. Most of them can be planted in the garden as long as the spring ground frost is gone.

    2. The potted ones can be planted earlier and kept inside on colder nights.

    3. Before planting them, the bulb can be put in water for an hour so that it absorbs the necessary water. Bulbs lose some of their humidity while stored and therefore leaving them in water will accelerate rooting.

    4. Remember to choose a sunny spot. Flowers love the sun!
