15 Twig Weaving Sculptures That Were Created for the Love of Nature. Handicraft Has Not Become a Thing of the Past

Twig weaving craft has not yet become a thing of the past! British artist Anna proves it. The woman lives near Ripon (North Yorkshire) and for 11 years she has been weaving baskets and decorative objects from wicker. She draws inspiration from the surrounding nature. To find out about it just look at the unusual sculptures of deer, pigs, rams, hares, foxes or pheasants. All of them are life-sized. In addition, Anna runs workshops where all willing can try to make their own object of willow twigs.

Take a look here’s how she does it.
