    • an onion,

    • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil,

    • an aloe leaf.


    1. Crush down the onion and use a sieve to separate onion water from the onion paste,

    -2 tablespoons of olive oil


    1. Grate the avocado in a bowl to get the paste,
