Renting an apartment is something most of us have to go through. Unfortunately, the landlords and landladies are not always as helpful and gentle as would expect them to be. Some of them seem to completely ignore any faults reported by the tenants. Be that mold on the walls or a leaking ceiling. And once they get down to it, the measures they take are only temporary. To say the least.
