I have no idea who came up first with the idea but somehow it has caught on. Even those who are not into tattoos at all, do not look down on them. Tattoos that look as if they were embroidered with some really thick thread!
They look like some 3-D badges and always come in a number of colors. When you look at them, they make you think of your great-grandparent’s interior decor. I wonder whether my they would say 'yes' to any of them…
