If you are not a model with Dior catwalk experience, looking good in a photo is not so easy. Bonnie Rodríguez Krzywicki, an experienced photographer who is not a very slim person herself, shares some advice on her Instagram. Find out about what you should do and what is strictly prohibited if you want to have a good pic!

    #1 A cowed girl

A typical holiday photo. In the first one Bonnie looks as if she was ashamed. Her pose is closed, hands together as if she didn’t know what to do with them.

Take advantage of your body’s assets and the environment. The belly will look much better if you turn your profile to the camera.

    #2 Use your legs

In the top photograph Bonnie’s legs are very close to her body. As a result, in this pose and in these clothes she looks as if she would like to hide her body while in fact she exposes it, making it look even bigger than it actually is. The bottom photo shows a confident girl aware of her advantages whose body forms lines so nice to watch.

    #3 Look at this body!

Always emphasize your assets. Your buttocks and breast need to show while your hands have got to underline the entire silhouette.

#4 Say goodbye to the mouse!

The photo one the left shows a not-so-attractive version of Bonnie. The right one is more dynamic, the pose is more open and the legs exposed.

#5 Don’t be afraid to show your back

Another typical kind of holiday photo, present in almost all family albums. With her back towards the camera Bonnie made the photo more dynamic and her look over the shoulder gives it a scent of seduction.

    #6 Advantages, advantages, advantages…

The first picture shows Bonnie’s body in the most possible way, hiding all her advantages. A gentle change of the pose exposed her breast, covered her belly with her arm while the head moved a bit forward gave her more confidence.

    #7 A film star

Don’t be afraid of brave and open poses. Remember that even a slight turn may make it so much more dynamic. Doesn’t she look in the other picture like a film star photographed by paparazzi?

    #8 Helplessness versus confidence

In the first photograph Bonnie looks as if she was ashamed of wearing a swimming costume and wanted to cover as much of her body as possible. The other one is so much more dynamic thanks to Bonnie’s pose saying ‘I am not ashamed of having such a beautiful breast and buttocks!’

    #9 Tea time

In the first one Bonnie is waiting for her auntie to bring her a cup of tea. Her body is a round thick chunk. In the other one she makes use of the chair she is sitting on to give her body more energy. She also manages to hide her belly and again, she looks much more confident.

    #10 Skillfully use the environment

In the other picture Bonnie seems to be much slimmer, because she smartly used the railing which helped her hide the belly and at the same time mark the buttocks and slim her legs.
