You will probably say ordinary pom poms, what’s so special about them…!? Up till this moment, I would also be the one to deny the prodigy of those tiny, fluffy balls.
Since it is a Christmas time and I am a huge yarn lover, I couldn’t find any better idea to decorate presents. Do you remember Tiny Bow made on the fork? If you like it, you will be more than happy to use your fork as a one of two, easy ways to make pom poms.
Preparing this tutorial for you, I found out how difficult it is to create a yarn ball, let alone such a tiny one. I did my best to show you detailed steps and write some useful tips, especially on the “forky” way.
This is another project where the size matters a lot. It is very important what kind of yarn you use and how many times you’ll wrap it around the fork (or toilet paper rolls). You wouldn’t even guess how many poms I had to try first before I completed last, the most perfect one…
Hope you’ll find my step by step guide easy enough to use it for your gifts decoration or any other purposes. Feel free to show us some pictures below, as soon as you make these colorful and cute pom poms.
