Lazy days have come. Finally, the weather is spoiling us, and we feel a bit like on real holidays. It is the perfect time for all vegetarians as it is easy to find fruits and vegetables of all kinds. I can’t imagine my family limited to just meat on the plate each and every day. However I understand those who eat meat, especially during grilling season. It is the only moment when I stop to smell the meat, when it’s been grilled with pepper, onions, zucchini, and garlic!

I miss barbecue with my favorite potato, onion and garlic kabobs or cereals and eggplant burgers. For hot days, I would rather prepare something more refreshing and fruity as, for example, Watermelon Cake. Today though, we have found something extraordinary and very creative. Easy to make Watermelon Grill designed and made by Sandra Denneler, the most creative food craft creator working for We love what she does and wonder how she manages to, with two kids around. Anyway, she deserves to be called the Food Art Queen!

Looking at this grill out of watermelon, you simply smile and prepare to set out to local greengrocers for the biggest watermelon and the sweetest fruits for the kabobs. Sandra gives you detailed step by step instructions, so there’s no way to fail this awesome project. Again, I’ve got a feeling we will get at least couple of photos with your versions of Watermelon Grill.
