As we all know, Christmas is the time when it’s hard to stay on the budget, but believe me, it’s not mission impossible to spend your money wisely during these holidays. The easiest way to do it is to use what you already have – you can DIY gifts for your loved ones, and upcycle unused materials into Christmas decoration. The key thing is your creativity and our mission is to enhance it a bit ;)

Veggie Christmas Tree created by pennyhart from Squidoo, is one of the most creative, low cost and environmentally friendly takes on Christmas decoration you’ve ever seen. Except for a styrofoam, a tray and toothpicks, every single element is eatable. The only bad thing about it is that it won’t last too long ;) But it will taste great with a homemade dip for sure :)

We’re curious if you’re going to try this edible decoration at Christmas – if you are, let us know how it goes on our fan page!
