Margarita Cupcakes

Prepare all the necessary supplies and bake this version of a party cupcake.
Did you know that the first mention of the cupcake can be traced as far back as 1796, when a recipe notation of "a cake to be baked in small cups" was written in American Cookery by Amelia Simmons? Today confectioners compete in thousands of new and crazy recipes, but we must admit it does not bother us ;)

Today we want to add another recipe to your favorite cupcakes list! Lori Lange, the recipe developer, cookbook author & Mom from the ‘Recipe Girl’ blog give us a brilliant Margarita Cupcake recipe. This rich and “strong” flavor will be perfect for any festive, ADULT occasion. Don’t forget that they do have a bit of tequila in the dough, so it’s probably best to keep them away from the little ones.

Let’s be honest. Sometimes events are more fun if alcohol is involved and baking is no different ;) If you’re seeing these cupcakes for the first time, GREAT! Take a look at the recipe and try to bake it! If you’ve been reading our posts long enough, you know that we are a source of your cooking and baking inspirations! Check out some other cupcake ideas!
