Most people I know love bananas, although they know fruits are collected green, and then turn ripe in your country in special maturing places no matter if you live in Poland or Alaska. What is more, bananas are easy to digest only when they are fully ripe with little, brown dots on the skin. You may know all the facts but the truth is you’ll love them anyway!
I have found this awesome trick how to Keep Bananas Fresh, either the whole fruit, or slices. I don’t know how about you but I had no idea about ethylene gas that makes them ripen much faster. All you need to do is to fully cover the stems with the food foil and live them separately, or pour lemon juice on the slices.
