Jalapeno Rolls with Bacon and Sausage

Prepare these super spicy peppers with sausage, bacon and cheese!
If you’re looking for some spicy and meaty snacks, I have something perfect for you! I dug it up on The Black Peppercorn website. It’s a great meal, and without doubts I can tell you that is delicious and filling. You can prepare it in the oven, but it would also taste good when prepared on barbecue.

No matter where you live and what is the current season, you can cook it either outside or at home, as a good memory of summer or foretaste of future spring! What’s important, you can swap jalapeno to other kind of pepper, more or less spicy. It all depends on your taste.

  • 10 mini sausages or smokies (or 20 if they are very small)
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • Grated cheese
  • 1 tsp chipotle powder
  • 2 shallots, minced
