All of you who love baking and find it a true passion, know that the fondant is an important final to the cake and always looks beautiful on it. Unfortunately, it’s not exactly a convenient thing to prepare. It can be pretty expensive and doesn’t taste as good as it looks. What can we do in such situation?
We found a recipe to create an easy (and delicious) marshmallow fondant substitute! Just like Stephanie, the owner of the ‘Clockwork Lemon’ blog, says, “Marshmallow fondant is easy to make and pretty fun to use.” Without any problem, you can cover cakes and cookies with it to give them a smooth professional-looking finish or you can cut out shapes and designs to decorate your icing with. This solution is cheaper to make; you need to buy pre-made products and pour powdered sugar into your marshmallow mass. So, keep, adding sugar while stirring ;)
Take a look what you can make using your Marshmallow Fondant! This Rainbow Pinata Cake looks great, isn’t it!? How about this Rainbow Tie Dye Cake - everybody loves rainbow?
