In few simple steps, you can prepare this perfect low-cal snack. Just follow our new video and remember that these banana pops are pretty darn easy to make.

Start with cutting peeled banana in half, and then insert the popsicle sticks (2 bananas makes 4 pops). Coat the bananas in Greek yoghurt and almonds. Lay the bananas on the parchment paper and freeze for 45-55 minutes. The bananas will be creamy and firm, but not completely frozen.

Banana popsicles with a delicious almonds coating are a perfect low-cal snack! This simple recipe is especially great for kids or people who are always looking for healthy alternatives, and, what's more, are pretty darn easy to make.

* Cream cheese must be very soft to spread onto the bananas, so make sure it is warm or room temperature. You can also doctor it up with honey and cinnamon for more flavor.
